What does Profuse Consultants do?
Profuse Consultants provides two things: independent executive research that turns a business idea, supplier question, market entry, vendor shortlist, AI use case or commercial opportunity into evidence and a practical next step; and capital & expansion feasibility advisory that independently evaluates machinery purchases, factory expansion and other capital projects before money is committed.
Can you work with clients worldwide?
Yes. Both practices are delivered remotely to clients worldwide, subject to the assignment and access to suitable information. Public records, language coverage and document availability vary by country.
Is this simply an AI-generated report?
No. AI can assist research organisation, comparison and analysis, but the value of the work is in defining the question, checking supporting sources, building and stress-testing the financial model, and identifying what remains unresolved. A person reviews every deliverable.
Can research replace a physical audit or a chartered valuation?
No. Research and financial modelling establish background and focus the questions for a physical audit, an engineering inspection or a statutory valuation. Physical conditions, product origin, construction quality and compliance claims may require authorised access or specialist verification outside a desk-based scope.
What would an engagement cost?
Scope, fee and timing are agreed before work begins, based on the specific question or project. A short research brief and a full capital feasibility study are priced very differently — tell us the situation and we will scope it.
Do you contact suppliers, lenders or third parties automatically?
No. We work from public records, open sources and documents you supply, plus any specific sources we agree with you in advance. We do not approach a supplier, partner, lender or vendor without your explicit instruction.
How is Profuse different from BeforeApproval, IndiaOnGround or Decision Clarity?
They serve different situations, not different stages of the same funnel. Decision Clarity is the India-focused starting point for an idea that hasn’t been framed into a question yet. Profuse Consultants is the worldwide-facing practice for both open-ended research once you have a question, and for capital & expansion feasibility once real money is on the table. BeforeApproval™ independently reviews a proposal that is already fully prepared, for clients anywhere. IndiaOnGround handles an immediate on-ground operational need physically in India. Each is a separate engagement.
Why would a capex or expansion decision need an independent review as well as our own team's numbers?
Internal projections are usually built by the people who proposed the project, which makes them prone to optimism about demand, utilisation and timelines. An independent review tests those same assumptions from outside the reporting line that benefits from a yes.
